A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a Chef de Partie to supervise kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation. Responsibilities include assisting in running the department efficiently per brand standards, preparing consistent, high-quality products, and maintaining professional service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie and knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

Knowledge about ISO 14001 is an added advantage.
