Overview

Indian Pastry Chef in Dubai. We are looking for a skilled Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Dubai. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries that will delight our customers. Your main duties will include preparing and baking various types of desserts, following recipes and presentation standards, and managing inventory and ordering supplies.

• Prepare and bake a variety of desserts and pastries according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Follow standardized procedures for quality and consistency.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Develop new dessert recipes to complement the menu offerings.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of desserts for service.
• Maintain a clean and organized pastry station.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
• A degree in Culinary Arts or relevant certification.
• Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles, with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of traditional Indian desserts and ability to incorporate these flavors into creations.
• Fluency in English to communicate with the team and customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

• Competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
