Job Description

We are currently looking for dynamic and self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to move their careers forward. As a Waiter/Waitress you are responsible for providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit becomes a memorable dining experience.

• Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the standard performance manual of the hotel.
• Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet, and personalized manner.
• Acquire in‑depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu of the assigned outlet to assist and provide advice to guests.
• Consistently monitor the quality of food and beverage being served.
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints/queries satisfactorily.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment.
• Prepare all service beforehand, during, and after the service (mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scène).
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
• Actively use upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Good command of English and additional skills such as guest service and interpersonal communication are essential.

You should ideally have a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage, along with previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
