Job Title: Property Consultant – Off‑Plan & Secondary Market (Females are preferred)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell off‑plan and secondary market properties across Dubai.
- Advise clients on investment opportunities, payment plans, ROI, developer reputation and market trends.
- Conduct client presentations, project briefings and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, developers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, guiding clients through documentation, handover and after‑sales.
- Maintain accurate records, update CRM and adhere to industry regulations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the Dubai real‑estate market, new launches, regulations and competitive pricing.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1‑2 years experience in the Dubai real‑estate market with proven track record, preferably in off‑plan and/or secondary market sales.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off‑plan developments, secondary market dynamics, developers and payment plans.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong networking skills, ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, German, Dutch) are a strong advantage.
- Computer literate: CRM, MSOffice, internet, property portals.
