We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale our real estate sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in real estate sales leadership, deep knowledge of the Dubai property market, and proven experience in managing high-performing sales teams. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategy, and ensuring operational excellence across the sales division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the overall sales strategy to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor sales managers, team leaders, and property consultants to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, incentive structures, and performance standards aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, investors, landlords, and key industry partners.
  • Oversee property inventory, pricing strategies, and product positioning in the market.
  • Monitor Dubai real estate market trends, competitor activity, and client behavior to adapt sales plans accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and all applicable real estate laws in Dubai.
  • Drive lead generation strategies, broker collaborations, and partnership opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent to build a motivated and professional sales force.
  • Analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing strategic recommendations to management.
  • Handle high-value client negotiations and oversee closing of major deals.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer-centric service.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai.
  • At least 3+ years in a Sales Director / Head of Sales / Senior Sales Manager role within a real estate brokerage or developer company.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, RERA regulations, and property sales processes.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in building, leading, and scaling sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
