Property Consultant – Prowin Properties

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and market expertise.

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, networking, referrals, and property portals
• Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties in the Dubai real estate market
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Stay updated with current market trends, pricing, and RERA regulations
• Maintain accurate client and property records using CRM systems
• Coordinate with developers, banks, and legal teams to close transactions
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales or leasing preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and communities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driving license preferred
• RERA certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain)

6 days a week - Monday to Saturday (10 AM - 7 PM)
