Leasing Agent – Residential & Commercial Properties

Experience

Required:

2–3 years Nationality: Open to all Language: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leasing residential and/or commercial properties, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local rental market.

• Manage property listings and ensure accurate, up-to-date information across all platforms.
• Handle inquiries from potential tenants and schedule property viewings.
• Conduct property tours and professionally present units to prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare tenancy agreements in line with company policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in property handovers, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Monitor market trends and rental rates to advise clients and maximize occupancy.

• 2–3 years of leasing experience (UAE market preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of real estate CRM systems and property portals.
• Presentable, motivated, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
