Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dubai for an Experienced & Fresher Property Advisor specializing in Off‑Plan and Secondary properties
. The Property Advisor will be responsible for promoting high‑value off‑plan and secondary market properties, providing expert guidance to clients, and executing strategic property investment solutions.
Daily responsibilities include managing qualified clients, closing property transactions, identifying high‑return investment opportunities, conducting professional property tours, and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai real‑estate market trends.
Salary & Bonus- High commission structure with earnings up to 80% commission
- Performance‑based incentives and bonuses
- Unlimited earning potential based on deal closures and performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Proven experience in property management and handling off‑plan or secondary property transactions
- Knowledge of real estate investments and the ability to provide strategic advice
- Excellent customer service skills with a client‑focused approach
- Basic understanding of financial concepts related to property transactions
- Proficiency in real estate CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage
- Prior experience in the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable
- A bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred
