Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Broker located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Broker will primarily be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property market research, negotiating deals, preparing and reviewing contracts, managing property listings, and advising clients on market trends. The role also involves building strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• Negotiation, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Effective Communication, Presentation, and Marketing skills
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and legal regulations
• Analytical, Problem-solving, and Organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online property platforms
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Valid real estate broker license or certification as required by UAE laws
