We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Off-Plan Manager to lead and scale our off-plan real estate sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead the off-plan team
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and key partners
- Train, coach, and motivate the team to maximize productivity
- Oversee client negotiations and the closing of high value deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in Dubai’s real estate market
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
- Monitor the CRM and follow up on lead progress
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in a managerial or team leader role
- Strong knowledge of Dubai developers, projects, and sales processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target driven mindset with a strong sales track record
