Real Estate Sales Administrator

Required:

Minimum 2 years (Real Estate – UAE)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Sales Administrator to support our sales team with daily operations, documentation, and compliance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in UAE real estate transactions and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and manage MOUs, Form A/B/F, and related sales documents
• Coordinate with agents, clients, developers, and trustees
• Maintain accurate records on CRM systems and shared drives
• Track NOCs, service charges, SPA documents, and transfer status
• Support listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle
• Handle general sales admin coordination and follow-ups

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales administration experience
• Strong knowledge of DLD processes and documentation
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
