This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of residential, commercial, and investment properties, assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, and identify potential leads. Daily tasks include conducting property market research, hosting viewings, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

• Must possess a valid Real Estate License
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Sales practices
• Strong Customer Service and Real Property knowledge
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with the Dubai and wider UAE real estate market is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
