Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and ambitious UAE National graduates to join as Graduate Surveyor with our client, a leading property consultancy firm in the Middle East. The firm specializes in property valuations, consultancy, and management services and is recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their careers in the property industry with a top consultancy. As a Graduate Surveyor, you will receive training and mentorship from industry experts, gaining hands‑on experience in various aspects of surveying and property consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting property valuations, market research, and analysis
- Support senior surveyors in preparing reports and presentations for clients
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and data collection activities
- Contribute to the preparation of property appraisals and assessments
- Collaborate with different teams across the company to deliver high-quality client services
- Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and regulations in the UAE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying, or a related field
- UAE National with a strong interest in the property industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
