Sales & Leasing Executive - Real Estate

On behalf of our client - a prestigious real estate development and services company based in Dubai, we are seeking a Sales & Leasing Executive to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing leasing activities for a portfolio of premium properties. This role involves generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease terms, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will also oversee the entire leasing process, from initial inquiry through to contract signing, and ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and leasing within the real estate or construction sector,
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing leasing processes effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and regulations is an advantage.
