A leading Real Estate Agency in the UAE is looking for a Team Lead who will lead the team of real estate agents and drive business growth in the competitive commercial real estate market in UAE.

You will be responsible for cultivating a high-performing team, fostering an environment of open communication, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

• Build and manage a network of local real estate agents to provide new commercial property listings.
• Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals for agents to work towards and manage the pipeline of a transaction from start to finish
• Work with internal teams to ensure that status of listings are current and track progress
• Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring alignment with industry changes.
• Offer guidance and motivation to close sales, focusing on achieving overall objectives.
• Develop and implement client relations strategy, negotiating contracts and resolving issues.
• Conduct sales meetings and training programs to enhance agent skills and meet targets.
• Identify business opportunities through networking and attending property events.

• A Degree in Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-10 years experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry (UAE)
• Should have a good understanding of UAE real estate legislation, industry news, issues, and trends.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, Arabic speaking will be an advantage
• Proven leadership and management skills of small to medium-sized teams.
• Customer-centric with a warm demeanour, positive attitude, and collaborative spirit.
