Job Requirements

Language

Skills:

Fluent in Chinese

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience is preferred

Sales

Skills:

Strong client development and relationship-management abilities; capable of tailoring solutions to meet client needs

Negotiation

Skills:

Proven ability to close deals through effective communication and negotiation

Professionalism:
Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Technology:
Familiarity with real estate CRMs, online listing platforms, and digital communication tools

Base salary: AED 8,000–15,000 per month
