Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate leads through multiple channels, including networking, referrals, and research.
  • Conduct market analysis to pinpoint opportunities and stay updated on new launches.
  • Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and investment strategies.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential properties while achieving sales KPIs.
  • Conduct professional property showings and negotiations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate or a related sales role.
