About

The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-focused Property Management Administrator to support and manage the full lifecycle of property contracts between tenants and property owners. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations while delivering an excellent experience to both tenants and owners throughout the duration of their contracts.

You will be responsible for contract administration, handling maintenance requests, coordinating with vendors, and acting as a key point of contact for all property-related matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management:
    Prepare, manage, and maintain lease agreements and related documentation between tenants and property owners.
  • Tenant & Owner Support:
    Act as the main point of contact for tenants and owners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues throughout the contract period.
  • Property Operations:
    Ensure all contractual obligations are met, including move-ins, renewals, amendments, and move-outs.
  • Maintenance Coordination:
    Receive, track, and manage maintenance requests, coordinating with approved vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Vendor Management:
    Liaise with maintenance vendors, contractors, and suppliers; track performance, timelines, and costs.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Proactively manage escalations and ensure problems are resolved efficiently while maintaining strong tenant and owner relationships.
  • Record Keeping & Reporting:
    Maintain accurate property records, contracts, maintenance logs, and operational reports.
  • Compliance & Standards:
    Ensure all processes comply with company policies, legal requirements, and service standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in property management, real estate administration, or operations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties, contracts, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating vendors and handling maintenance issues is a plus.
  • Comfortable using property management systems, CRMs, or administrative tools.
