Overview
D&B are seeking to recruit experienced real estate consultants to join our growing team. We require experienced consultants to work in sales, leasing or Off Plan.
ResponsibilitiesActively market and promote properties for sale, utilizing various channels such as online listings, social media, and networking events. Conduct property showings, highlight property features, and provide accurate information to potential buyers.
Understand clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties. Answer client inquiries, address concerns, and guide them through the property selection and purchasing process.
Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties. Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and facilitate the lease agreement process between tenants and landlords.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape in Dubai. Use this information to provide informed advice to clients and help them make informed decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers. Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and legal requirements. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Attend real estate events, seminars, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and generate leads.
Achieve sales and leasing targets set by the brokerage or agency. Proactively identify opportunities to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Minimum 6 months experience in real estate
