As part of our expansion, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Property Management Assistant to support our Property Management operations.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day real estate operations and support business growth. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth sales and leasing transactions, strong compliance, and effective coordination between agents, finance, and management.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Leasing Operations- Manage end-to-end sales and leasing transactions
- Ensure accurate documentation, approvals, and timely deal closures
- Support agents with transaction structuring and compliance checks
- Resolve transaction issues, disputes, and escalations
- Maintain complete records and audit readiness
- Oversee daily operations for agents and support teams
- Implement and maintain SOPs for sales, leasing, and administration
- Conduct onboarding for new agents (systems, compliance, processes)
- Monitor agent productivity and documentation accuracy
- Draft, review, and manage all real estate contracts
- Ensure accuracy prior to DLD submissions
- Maintain secure digital and physical records
- Conduct internal audits on transactions and files
- Coordinate agent commissions, owner payouts, and operational expenses
- Track escrow accounts, invoices, and costs
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
- Handle client complaints and minimize legal or compliance risks
- Liaise with legal advisors when required
- Identify operational gaps and improve workflows
- Optimize transaction turnaround time
- Enhance client experience through efficient operations
- Act as a liaison between Management, Sales, Finance, and Admin
- Support business growth and operational scalability
- 3 Years Experience in real estate operations, sales, or leasing
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and DLD procedures
- Strong skills in documentation, contracts, and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
- Real estate or property management experience preferred
