Role Overview

As a Property Consultant, you will advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial real estate in Dubai. You focus on client relationships and closing, while we provide the system, leads, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult clients on property purchases, sales, and investments
  • Work with both mid size and high value investment requests
  • Conduct market analysis and provide strategic advice
  • Negotiate and close transactions
  • Build long term investor relationships
Requirements
  • Readiness to work with large deal sizes and high commissions (The readiness here means the ability to speak to investors and millionaires in the same language they speak (numbers) and convince them to close with you. It is a rare skill and needs learning and practice to be correctly developed). Our mentor is going to guide you through if you are already a broker and want to upgrade your career.
  • Experience in real estate brokerage or sales is preferred
  • Motivated sales professionals from related industries such as automotive, banking, or financial services are considered
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of the Dubai real estate market, or willingness to learn fast
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
  • This is a commission based role for real estate brokers focused on high value transactions. It is built for strong closers who believe in the "high risk, high reward" rather than the fixed salary.
