This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant, located in Dubai. The role involves working with clients to provide tailored real estate solutions with expertise in Chinese and Russian language support. Key responsibilities include facilitating property sales, coordinating property viewings, managing client inquiries, negotiating property deals, and offering informed insights to assist clients with their real estate needs.

The consultant will play a central role in driving client satisfaction while achieving sales and performance goals.

• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property market trends and practices
• Skills in Sales and Negotiation to facilitate successful real estate transactions
• Experience in providing professional Training and guidance to clients or teams
• Proficiency in Chinese and Russian is essential for this role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and client-focused environment
• Previous experience in the Dubai real estate market is a plus
