As a Real Estate Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the intricate process of buying, selling, and leasing real estate properties. Using your expertise in the local housing market and your negotiation skills, you will advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages. You are expected to provide comprehensive support to ensure a smooth transaction process and foster meaningful client relationships.

• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and property legalities.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing real estate properties effectively.
• Conduct property tours and host open houses for potential buyers.
• Develop competitive market strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients for favorable outcomes.

• Prepare necessary documents such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
• Research and analyze trends and changes in the real estate market.

• Manage property administrative tasks, including documentation and compliance checks.

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a real estate consultant or similar role required.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively close deals.
• Must possess a valid real estate license in applicable states or regions.
• Proficiency with real estate management software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently under tight deadlines.
