Property Management Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Property Management Manager to oversee residential and/or commercial properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE real estate regulations, Ejari registration, leasing, tenant relations, and property operations, with a proven track record in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties
- Handle Ejari registration, renewal, and compliance in line with RERA regulations
- Manage leasing activities including rent collection, renewals, notices, and contract administration
- Ensure compliance with UAE tenancy laws and local authorities
- Coordinate with tenants, landlords, brokers, and government entities
- Prepare and manage property budgets, service charges, and operating expenses
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and contractor management
- Handle tenant complaints, disputes, and legal coordination when required
- Conduct property inspections and ensure assets are maintained to high standards
- Prepare regular reports for management and property owners
- Minimum 5 years of proven Property Management experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of Ejari, RERA regulations, tenancy contracts, and Dubai rental laws
- Experience managing multiple properties and tenants
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with residential and commercial portfolios
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
