Job Description
:
As a Property Consultant in Residential Sales & Leasing, you will be responsible for representing Banke in assisting clients in the sale, purchase, and lease of residential properties. Guided by your Managers, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored property solutions. You will also be expected to develop your own content for the services you offer and properties you are linked with;

hence, you must have confident presentation ability.

Key Responsibilities
:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local residential market.

Build and nurture strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.

Market properties through various channels and arrange viewings.

Advise clients on property values and market trends.

Negotiate and close sales or leasing agreements.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements
:

Strong sales convincing ability.

Proven experience in residential property sales and leasing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented with a drive for success.

UAE Driving License.
