Real Estate Broker & Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker (Off-Plan & Secondary Market) for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE for Spanish Real Estate company Dubai branch.

• Proven experience as a real estate broker, with a strong understanding of property transactions and market dynamics
• Mandatory experience in off-plan real estate
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  
  Experience working with international investors is a strong advantage
• Solid knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language (multilingual profiles highly valued)
• Relevant real estate certifications and a valid UAE broker license are preferred
• Must currently reside in the UAE
