Executive - Property Management

Support the Section Head in the day to day activities of the department to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability for the business.

• Prepare lease agreements/contracts and make sure that they are made in compliance with the community rules, leasing, property services regulations, company policies and practices to ensure quality services.
• Send the lease renewal notices on time and recording their feedback.
• Regularly monitor the community, identify the breaches, sending circulars, compliance notices and breach letters to ensure that the community rules are followed.
• Attend to customer queries and follow up with customers thereby ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Keep abreast about the new laws related to lease administration in order to be able to respond efficiently to customer queries.
• Follow the action plans resulted by the coordination with customer to understand customer requirements for improvement in continuous business leading to profitability & high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support the team through effective co-ordination to ensure the allocation of all resources and implementation of appropriate standards and controls to ensure that all property Management service activities meet or exceed the customer expectations & Service Level Agreements.
• Maintain a daily record of handovers done and walk in customers met to ensure accurate record of all activities.
• Regularly follow up and maintain close relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction after delivery of property services.
• Prepare reports to provide the manager with timely information review of the property management activities.
