• Stay informed about national and local real estate markets and regulations.

• Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and company policies during transactions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• In-depth knowledge of property laws and regulations applicable in the region.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM systems, and office software tools.
• Valid real estate license according to local jurisdiction requirements is mandatory.
