Key Responsibilities
* Collecting property information and arranging marketing materials.
* Staying updated on residential property market rules and regulations in Dubai.
* Creating and attending property valuations and viewings.
* Negotiating with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords.
* Monitoring sales and lets with support from Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
* Generating new business through the company database and networking.## Requirements
* Experience with in sales is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
* Presentable, professional, and honest demeanor.
* Strong networking skills and a positive, hard-working attitude.
* Fluency in a second language can be advantageous.
* UK/UAE driving license and own vehicle (hire car or company vehicle available at your expense).## Benefits
