The Leasing Manager will be responsible powers managing all leasing activities and supporting property management operations across the company’s portfolio in Dubai. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, and full compliance with RERA regulations and local tenancy laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all leasing operations for residential and/or commercial properties
  • Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure Эта efficient and compliant operations
  • Lead, train, and supervise the leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations, Ejari registration, and Dubai tenancy laws
  • Review, approve, and manage lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation
  • Handle tenant negotiations, inquiries, and escalated issues in a professional manner
  • Monitor market trends, rental ratesificados, and competitor analysis to support leasing strategies
  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize property performance
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in line with regulatory and company requirements Holdings;
    Viewing required
  • Support marketing initiatives and oversee property viewings as required
Skills and Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in leasing and property management within Dubai
  • Strong knowledge of RERA regulations and Dubai real estate practices
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication국훈, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Results-oriented with a strong customer service focus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment
