Rotana Properties LLC is growing, we’re looking for enthusiastic and driven Property Consultant to join our growing team, focusing on off-plan real estate opportunities in Dubai
.

• Develop and manage a strong client base interested in off-plan property investments.
• Research the market to uncover new prospects and business opportunities.
• Guide clients with insights on property options, market movements, and investment considerations.
• Coordinate property presentations, handle negotiations, and support transactions through to completion.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with developers, landlords, and industry partners.
• Keep informed about current real estate laws, policies, and market updates.
• Deliver outstanding service to ensure long-term client relationships and repeat business.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related property advisory role.
• Solid understanding of Dubai’s off-plan property sector.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales success.
• UAE driving license and personal vehicle (an advantage).
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
