Real Estate Manager – Fill out form Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Manager to lead and oversee our real estate operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage a team of agents, drive sales performance, oversee property transactions, and ensure exceptional client service across residential, commercial, and off-plan markets. This role is suited for a strong leader with deep market knowledge who can contribute strategically to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of real estate brokers and agents
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and drive team productivity
- Oversee property listings, marketing strategies, negotiations, and deal closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders
- Generate business opportunities and support agents in converting leads
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, branding, and promotions
- Provide market analysis, pricing strategies, and professional guidance to clients and team members
- Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and RERA requirements
- Train, mentor, and onboard new team members
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Broker
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- RERA certification (preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset with strong sales and people-management abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly professional
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
