Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries related to real estate.
* Providing accurate information to clients regarding properties, amenities, and pricing.
* Assisting clients with scheduling property viewings and coordinating with real estate agents.
* Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* Maintaining and updating customer records with relevant information accurately.
* Achieving monthly sales targets by promoting properties and services to potential customers.## Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide solutions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM software.
