Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer‑oriented real estate agent/consultant with strong communication skills in English and Hindi to join a real‑estate firm that is a commercial offshoot of a global professional firm.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical understanding of property and give persuasive presentation skills adapted to Dubai real estate markets.
  • Leverage strong knowledge of off‑plan projects and the secondary market to help buyers and sellers make secure and profitable decisions in Dubai.
  • Directly source investors from around the world and close property transactions.
  • Provide training in real estate processes and best practices.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Qualifications
  • Expertise in real estate, real property, and a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively close property transactions.
  • Dedication to client satisfaction and the ability to provide expert guidance on property decisions.
  • Experience providing training in real estate processes and best practices is an advantage.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus for engaging with a diverse client base.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • MBA preferred.
