This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property purchases, rentals, and investments, building and maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research to identify potential opportunities. Tasks include negotiating contracts, presenting options to clients, and providing professional customer support throughout the property transaction process.

Additionally, the Property Consultant will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

• Consulting and Real Estate expertise with a proven ability to provide tailored property solutions and insights.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and nurture client relationships.
• Ability to excel in Sales, negotiate deals, and meet performance targets.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and related regulations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple clients effectively.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is desirable but not mandatory, as training and development opportunities will be provided.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Multi‑lingual is preferred.
