We're looking for driven, ambitious Property Consultants to join our elite team in Business Bay.
What You'll Do:- Consult with local and international investors on luxury property acquisitions
- Guide clients through off‑plan and secondary market opportunities
- Build lasting relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals
- Represent MWG at developer launches and exclusive property events
- ✓ RERA Card – We cover your certification
- ✓ Marketing Budget – Personal ad spend for lead generation
- ✓ Premium Tools – CRM, lead management systems, professional materials
- ✓ Developer Access – Direct relationships with Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha & more
- ✓ Training & Mentorship – Learn from top performers in luxury real estate
- ✓ Office in Business Bay – Regal Tower, prime location
- ✓ Competitive Commission Structure – Uncapped earning potential
- Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (preferred, not required for exceptional candidates)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self‑motivated with a client‑first mindset
- Professional presentation and attitude
- Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or Mandarin a plus)
