• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under best terms.
• Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Intermediate negotiation process, consult client on market conditions, price, mortgages, legal requirements, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
• Maintain and update listing of availability.
• Promote sales and listing services.
• Reman knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

• Chinese Nationality is highly required.
• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• + 2 years UAE real estate experience
• Fluency in English mandatory
• Arabic , Russian , and Chinese are beneficial.
• UAE Driving license
