Job Overview

Home Craft Real Estate LL C is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate sales, client-focused, and motivated to achieve high earnings through an industry-leading commission structure.

• Actively generate and follow up on sales leads for residential and commercial properties
• Advise clients on property values, market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
• Conduct property viewings and presentations with prospective buyers and investors
• Negotiate offers and close property sales to achieve and exceed targets
  
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM systems
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and company listings
• Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies throughout the sales process

• Highest commission slab in the market (uncapped earnings)

• Proven experience in real estate sales in Dubai (preferred)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and regulations is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
