Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in real estate, demonstrating excellent sales skills, market knowledge, and a client-focused approach. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable firm and play a key role in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential clients
  • Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers
  • Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
  • Maintain an extensive portfolio of properties for sale and lease
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activity
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations

    • Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
