We are seeking a driven, motivated, and high-performing Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, closing sales transactions, and representing the company with professionalism and integrity. This role requires a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, generate, and qualify leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, digital leads).
  • Conduct property viewings, market presentations, and client consultations to understand client requirements.
  • Manage a portfolio of properties and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitive inventory.
  • Negotiate offers, prepare sales agreements, and ensure successful closure of transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Present and market properties effectively across portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, client data, and transaction documentation.
  • Coordinate with the admin and marketing teams to ensure listings, contracts, and documents are processed correctly.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions, meetings, and industry events.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (off‑plan and/or secondary market preferred).
  • Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and transaction processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and manage clients independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate portals.
  • Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and a results‑driven mindset.
