Property Consultant – Dubai Real Estate
We are seeking ambitious and driven Property Consultants to join our fast‑growing team in Dubai’s dynamic and rewarding real‑estate market. Key Responsibilities- Advise and guide clients — buyers, sellers, and investors — on real‑estate opportunities across Dubai.
- Conduct property viewings, handle negotiations, and manage end‑to‑end sales transactions.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.
- Stay informed on the latest Dubai real‑estate trends, market movements, and pricing strategies.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver outstanding client experiences that reinforce the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (any industry); candidates will undergo a 2‑month probation period.
- Valid UAE driving license (essential for client viewings and property tours).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Excellent customer service mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- In‑depth knowledge of Dubai’s real‑estate market, laws, and regulations.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in any other languages is an advantage.
- Only commission based.
