• ✅ Confidence without arrogance
• ✅ Deep knowledge of Dubai communities (JVC, Arjan, Business Bay, etc.)
• ✅ Follows up daily and tracks leads in CRM
• ✅ Comfortable on camera (video marketing)
• ✅ Owns a car + UAE driving license
• ✅ Speaks more than one language (Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, Hindi, etc.)
• ✅ Reputable with developers and investors
• ✅ Understands Dubai’s roads and property market trends

• Source, qualify, and close property sales (off-plan & secondary)
• Build strong relationships with developers and investors
• Maintain CRM pipeline and follow up daily
• Attend launches, roadshows, and events
• Collaborate with our marketing team for property video campaigns
• Represent Rino at international exhibitions and European roadshows
