Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and driven Senior Property Consultants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Dubai real estate, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a client portfolio by providing professional property consultancy services.
- Promote and market properties through listings, advertising, and networking.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s property market, regulations, and trends.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close sales with a client-focused approach.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory).
- Strong network of clients and developers is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
- Valid UAE Driving License and RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
