We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and building a strong inventory by actively contacting potential clients and gathering property information.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (cold calling) to generate leads.
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on defined criteria.
• Schedule appointments for potential clients with sales agents.

• Gather and update property information (e.g., pricing, availability, features) from various sources.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, contacts, and property information in relevant databases and spreadsheets.

• Accurately enter and manage data in Excel spreadsheets and other relevant software.
• Compile reports and data analysis as required.

• Provide basic customer service support to potential clients by answering their inquiries and addressing their concerns.

• Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors regarding lead generation activities and progress.
