Your role involves developing a deep understanding of the local real estate market trends, property values, and demographics. You will assist both buyers and sellers in this area, offering tailored advice and helping clients make informed decisions.

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the assigned area, including property values, market trends, and the types of properties available.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties within the designated area.
• Provide detailed property market reports and insights for clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate property viewings and manage listings within the area.
• Establish strong relationships with property owners, developers, and other real estate professionals in the area.
• Ensure clients receive personalized advice on pricing, financing, and investment opportunities.
• Monitor and report on local market developments and trends.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs specific to your area of expertise.

• Proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on a specific area or neighborhood.
• Strong communication and local market knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
• In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach.
