The Challenge
You'll build a quality organization from the ground up while supporting aggressive development timelines. This requires someone who can define quality standards, build automation frameworks, and shift testing left - all while maintaining zero tolerance for critical bugs in production.
The role demands expertise in modern quality practices, leadership skills, and the ability to change culture around quality and testing.
What You'll Do- Define quality strategy, standards, and processes for the organization
- Build and lead QA engineering and automation teams
- Establish comprehensive test automation across web, mobile, and API layers
- Implement quality gates in CI/CD pipelines
- Drive shift-left testing practices and developer quality ownership
- Set up performance, load, and security testing frameworks
- Define release processes and quality criteria
- Report on quality metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with Engineering and Product on quality requirements
- 8+ years of QA experience with 3+ years leading QA teams
- Deep expertise in test automation frameworks and modern QA practices
- Experience building QA organizations in high-velocity environments
- Strong technical skills with hands-on automation experience
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Dev Ops, and quality engineering principles
- Understanding of financial systems and trading platform testing
- Proven ability to balance quality with speed to market
