Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) on our construction projects, ensuring that all activities comply with the project specifications, contract requirements, and relevant standards. The role involves inspections, documentation, coordination with all project teams, and ensuring quality assurance and quality control procedures are properly followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.
• Prepare, review, and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams regarding quality matters.
• Monitor material approvals and ensure materials meet project specifications.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
• Attend site meetings related to quality control and assurance.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international standards.
• Support internal and external audits.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in construction projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Familiar with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Experience in preparing ITPs, method statements, and quality reports.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and project documentation software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
