The Junior Quality Controller plays a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of products and services offered by our company. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement. As a Junior Quality Controller, you will assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality control processes, ensuring that our products meet set standards and customer expectations.

The position involves working closely with the production team and other stakeholders to identify potential quality issues, analyze them, and implement corrective actions. • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and policies.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Record and report quality assurance findings in a detailed and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality control issues.
• Support the development of quality assurance documentation, such as manuals and protocols.
• Participate in meetings and discussions regarding quality assurance improvements and strategies.
• Provide feedback and training to staff on quality standards and improvements.
• Work with senior quality controllers to define and implement best practices.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints related to product quality.
• Utilize quality control tools and techniques to monitor processes and outputs.
• Ensure that all quality assurance documentation is properly filed and maintained.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process enhancement and increased efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent hands‑on experience required.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot minor defects and discrepancies.
• Basic understanding of quality control procedures and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for generating detailed reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality control software.
• Ability to work independently as well as efficiently in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new quality assurance techniques and practices.
