QC Inspector

QA/QC Inspector Location

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

• Report to the QA/QC Department Head.
• Participate in all finishing activities, inspecting work sections before Project Manager review.
• Ensure work complies with site quality manuals and procedures.
• Maintain sound knowledge of site drawings and specifications.
• Organize and uphold a well-structured filing system.
• Gather necessary signatures on QA/QC forms.
• Liaise with Project Manager's inspectors.
• Stay familiar with all approved samples related to finishes.
• Ensure only specified and approved materials are incorporated into the works.
• Maintain a comprehensive site diary.

• Civil Engineering Degree or Architectural qualifications from an accredited university, along with relevant professional memberships and certifications.
• 3 to 4 years' experience in finishes, preferably with high-rise building projects.
• At least three years of experience working in Quality Control.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes and regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO functions.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to thrive under challenging conditions.
• Capability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.

• Single status role
