Overview
The Joinery QA/QC is responsible for ensuring all joinery works meet project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements by inspecting materials, monitoring installation, and coordinating with site teams.
Responsibilities- Inspect joinery materials and finished products for quality compliance.
- Monitor on-site installation to ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.
- Identify defects, document issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers on quality matters.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation for audits and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Wood Technology.
- 5–10 years of experience in joinery QA/QC or related field.
- Knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and site pratices.
- Attention to detail and strong quality control skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
